These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made or services obtained from the internet site of the Air Shop Luftwaffe, i.e. www.air-shop.ch.

The online products and services offered apply only while they are displayed on the Internet site and while stocks last. The photographs and images shown on the internet site are for illustrative purposes only and are absolutely non-binding.

All details stated and all explanations given are only intended to provide clarification and are absolutely non-binding.

The Air Shop Luftwaffe accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any errors or inaccuracies in connection with the said illustrations, diagrams, explanations, etc. in the above-mentioned catalogues or leaflets.

Prices
The prices displayed on the internet site are given exclusively in Swiss francs. Shipping costs are not included and will be charged separately. Payment for all orders will only be accepted in Swiss francs or euros.

The Air Shop Luftwaffe retains the right to alter its prices at any time. However, the prices applicable at the time of ordering and quoted on the order confirmation will always apply to any products ordered by customers.

If nothing to the contrary is stated, promotional discounts offered on the Internet site as part of any sales campaigns can be aggregated together with other discounts. Any such special promotional discounts will be deducted directly from the selling price of the order.

Ordering
An order will only be regarded as definitive once it has been accepted by the Air Shop Luftwaffe.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale without restriction, in their entirety, and to the exclusion of any other agreements or conditions which may be stated elsewhere.

The Air Shop Luftwaffe retains the right to refuse any order from a customer.

Exchange, returns and complaints
The customer shall be obliged to examine the goods immediately after delivery and to notify us of any defects or discrepancies from his order. Any such notifications or complaints must be made to the Air Shop Luftwaffe either by fax or by registered mail as soon as possible and, at the very latest, within eight (8) days.

DVDs and IT programs can only be exchanged or returned if the original packaging is intact.

Incomplete items or those which have been damaged or soiled by the customer will generally speaking not be taken back.

The customer will accept the shipping costs for any goods which are returned.

Provision in respect of contract termination
In the event that the customer fails or partially fails to fulfil one of his contractual obligations or does not meet a payment deadline, then the Air Shop Luftwaffe retains the right either to demand the immediate payment of all outstanding amounts, whatever they may be, or to cease all further deliveries or to terminate the current contract.

Applicable law / disputes
This contract is subject to Swiss law.
